Cleaning & Sanitization Technician Attendant
Salary Range:
$16.80 To $18.00 Hourly

Background:
The Cleaning & Sanitization Technician is responsible for performing cleaning and sanitization of
manufacturing equipment, tools, and production areas. This includes the safe and effective use of
cleaning solutions, detergents, and steam systems in accordance with company procedures, safety
standards, and regulatory requirements (cGMP, FDA, OSHA, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Learn the validated and current cleaning and sanitization processes at Radienz Living.
Clean and sanitize manufacturing equipment (i.e. conveyors etc.) following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Use cleaning solutions, sanitizing agents, and steam safely and effectively.
Perform clean-in-place (CIP) and clean-out-of-place (COP) processes as required.
Complete and maintain accurate sanitization logs, checklists, and cleaning records.
Follow all safety guidelines for handling cleaning agents, including wearing required PPE (gloves, goggles, aprons, face shields, etc.).
Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or sanitization issues to supervisors promptly.
Support continuous improvement of cleaning and sanitization processes.
Maintain a clean and organized sanitization supply area.
May be required to perform other related duties on a temporary or infrequent basis to support business needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High School Diploma or general degree (GED)equivalent preferred.
Prior manufacturing or packaging experience preferred.
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment.
Basic ability to read, write and speak English is required to comply with verbal directions, signs, policies and procedures.
Physical ability to repetitively lift, stand, climb, bend, etc. within a manufacturing environment.
Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the shift in a manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse environment.
Regular use of hands, wrists, and arms requiring fine motor skills and manual dexterity.
Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and around warehouse equipment and machinery.
Must be able to remain on feet for extended periods of time.
Work Environment:
Work is performed in a manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse environment.
Exposure to varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and humid conditions.
Regular exposure to moving mechanical equipment, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery.
Noise levels are typically moderate to high; hearing protection may be required in certain areas.
Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed shoes must be worn as required.
Work pace may be fast with frequent deadlines and shifting priorities.
Work schedule may vary and could include evenings, weekends, or occasional overtime based on operational needs.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $16.80-$18.00*. Please note that the pay range
provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final
compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills
and abilities as well as geographic location.
