Sales and Marketing Manager
Position Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing selling materials, including category insights & industry trends that complement Radienz Living’s capabilities within core categories.
Location: Any major U.S. City, ideally within 3 hr. drive from Chicago or New York
Key Responsibilities:
The duties required to accomplish the above objective require the capability to:
- Drive Top-Line Revenue & EBITDA: Lead efforts to achieve top-line revenue growth aligned with company financial targets, including Gross Margin and EBITDA.
- Develop & Execute National Selling Materials: Create compelling sales presentations that include category, customer, and industry insights to support sales partners in securing new business.
- Analyze & Leverage Syndicated Data: Utilize category data to identify business opportunities, present industry trends, and provide insights that inform strategic decisions and highlight risks or opportunities.
- Trade Show Coordination: Collaborate with the VP of Sales to select appropriate trade shows, manage booth design, coordinate vendors, oversee budgets, and support sales partner engagement.
- Build Awareness: Develop social media content, brochures, email campaigns, and sell sheets to promote the company and attract new business.
- Product Catalog Management: Work with operations and R&D to maintain an accurate and up-to-date product catalog, ensuring clear product details and pricing to simplify the sales process.
- Customer Bids: Support sales leaders by completing retailer bid paperwork accurately and on time to facilitate new business opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales presentations that leverage category, customer, and industry insights.
- Experience analyzing syndicated data to identify market trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Strong background in trade show planning and execution, including booth design, vendor coordination, and budget management.
- Proficiency in creating marketing materials such as social media content, brochures, email campaigns, and sell sheets.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and R&D.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain a product catalog with accurate product details and pricing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage customer bid paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams, sales partners, and clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with data analysis tools preferred.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Three to Five (3-5) years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role with a focus on revenue growth and business development.
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating compelling sales presentations.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Familiarity with syndicated data platforms such as Nielsen, IRI, or similar tools for analyzing market trends.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for developing marketing materials.
- Comfortable navigating social media platforms to create and manage content for brand promotion.
- Knowledge of ERP systems for maintaining product catalogs and coordinating with operations teams.
Salary Range: $135,000.00 to $142,000.00
This range is an estimate, based on potential candidate qualifications, education, and experience as well as operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
