Position Summary:

The position of supply chain analyst will support the demand planning, supply planning, procurement, and sourcing functions within the supply chain organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a supply schedule that includes blending and manufacturing processes and takes into account RM receipt, changeover, and sales order timing.
  • Help prepare and run supply review meetings including schedule adherence, OTIF (on time and in full) and production plan updates.
  • Analyze, summarize, and process customer forecasts, order trends, marketplace data and other inputs to support the demand planning process.
  • Help prepare and run demand review meetings to drive alignment on an assumption-based demand forecast and validate forecasts against orders.
  • Develop reporting, root cause and forward actions to improve KPIs including customer service levels, schedule adherence, forecasting accuracy, supplier performance, cost savings and other metrics.
  • Provide support for sourcing and material cost savings initiatives including set up and costing with new and alternate vendors.

Qualifications:

Background:

As a Material Handler-Blending you will be responsible for placing completed material onto a pallet, building, and wrapping the pallets for shipment. Also, responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced for the blending department.

Shift: 2pm-10pm

Job Summary

Machine Operator 1’s are responsible for setting up and operating various types of production machinery equipment. Operators will interact with production team members, quality assurance technicians, and maintenance mechanics to maximize output and efficiency while maintaining a professionally clean environment.
