Background: 

As a Roll Attendant, you will set up and operate assigned packaging machines to pre-established specifications. He/She will ensure they pack the optimum number of quality packages of product, in accordance with all safety, SOPs and cGMP guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities:

•    Set-up and manage machines to perform at the desired, pre-established requirements.

•    Ensure machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.

•    Ability to hoist roll of nonwovens on to machine.

•    Troubleshoot equipment and remove jams when necessary.

•    Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.

•    Capacity to use a hand jack to move liquid totes to the machine.

•    Check machinery on a daily basis to guarantee functionality.

•    Produce High Quality finished goods (At All Times)

•    Maintain a clean and safe work area.

•    Perform all other duties as assigned which may become necessary to support departmental/organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

•    High School degree or GED, desired.

•    Basic math and command of English reading and writing.

•    Prior working knowledge in a manufacturing, packaging, or pharmaceutical industry, preferred.

•    Must be able to safely operate the machine for the intended purpose.

•    Must be able to keep up with the line speed of machinery.

•    Ability to lift repetitively, and meet volume demand etc.

•    Flexibility in work schedule, based on volume needs, which could require weekends and/or working overtime during high demand.

•    Understand, follow, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and adherence to defined procedures,

safety rules and SOPs.

•    Ability to work in various weather/temperature conditions to include heat, humidity and cold.

•    Comfortable working in a fast-paced and loud production environment.

•    Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.

•    Attention to details.

Physical Demands:

•    Ability to frequently lift/move/pull heavy objects up to 70 lbs.

Facility Cleaner 1st Shift

Radienz Living is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Facility Cleaner to support cleanliness and compliance within our FDA-regulated, GMP-compliant manufacturing and warehouse facility. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that production and storage areas meet stringent hygiene standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at heights, including operating a scissor lift to clean elevated warehouse racking and hard-to-reach surfaces.

Work hours will be Mon-Friday 7am – 3:30pm (not including overtime) with occasional Saturday shifts as needed.

Responsibilities:

•    Perform routine and deep cleaning of manufacturing and warehouse areas in compliance with FDA and GMP regulations.

•    Clean floors, walls, ceilings, racking, and equipment using approved methods and materials.

•    Operate a scissor lift to clean high surfaces, including storage racks, overhead pipes, and ventilation systems.

•    Sanitize GMP-controlled areas such as cleanrooms, gowning areas, and production suites.

•    Empty trash and GMP waste containers following proper segregation and disposal protocols.

•    Replenish cleaning supplies and ensure chemical inventories are properly labeled and stored.

•    Complete and maintain cleaning logs and documentation per GMP requirements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

•    Report any facility or equipment issues, pest sightings, or contamination risks immediately to management.

•    Comply with all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and scissor lift safety.

•    Participate in routine training on GMP, FDA regulations, and environmental health & safety (EHS).

Qualifications:

•    High school diploma or equivalent required.

•    Minimum 1 year experience in industrial, GMP, or healthcare cleaning preferred.

•    Scissor lift experience or certification required (training available for qualified candidates).

•    Occasional overtime or schedule adjustments to support production needs or shutdown cleanings.

•    Must have experience in the use of ladders and safety procedures.

•    Strong understanding of sanitation, cross-contamination, and cleaning validation in GMP settings.

•    Ability to read and follow SOPs, cleaning checklists, and log documentation precisely.

•    Must be detail-oriented and capable of working independently in controlled environments.

•    Occasional overtime or schedule adjustments to support production needs or shutdown cleanings.

Physical Demands:

•    Able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders and operate equipment while following strict safety practices.

•    Work is performed in regulated manufacturing, cleanroom, and warehouse environments with varying temperatures.

Production Inspector – 2nd Shift

Background:

Under the direction of the Supervisor/Plant Manager, the Production Inspector is responsible for ensuring products are being produced in a manner that meets all cGMP and Product Specification criteria. This position will support production as their primary responsibility but will assist the Quality dept., when necessary (i.e., absent personnel).

Primary Responsibilities

Production:

· Constructs, packages, tapes, and labels, products compliant with written procedures.

· Inspects packages for defects. Works as a team to help co-workers when necessary.

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify packaging defects or discrepancies.

· Contributes to a continuous improvement culture.

· Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety guidelines.

· Attends company scheduled meetings when applicable (i.e., safety meetings, production meetings, department meetings.)

· Informs direct supervision of any problems or complications that may arise

· Maintains a clean and orderly environment free of hazards.

Quality

· Conducts approval of pre-start-up activities including line/room clearance, and initial equipment checks.

· Consistently reviews in-process batch documentation to ensure real-time compliance to product specifications, good documentation practices, company SOP’s and cGMP’s.

· Discusses errors and reviews production logbooks for accuracy and compliance.

· Collects data and supports release of batch records.

· Conduct regular quality line audits of in-process and finished goods against pre-defined characteristics to validate that all process and product requirements have been satisfied.

· Document audit results on the appropriate QA paperwork making notes about out-of-spec conditions found or other observations of interest.

· Perform Leak test on in-process material to ensure that product meets intended performance requirements.

· Perform Lot Code validations.

· Monitor the performance of metal detection equipment, as applicable.

· Investigate production related QA problems and make recommendations.

· Visual verification of raw material and packaging material to validate material is in spec to artwork and functionality requirements and is used for its intended purpose on the correct product.

· Execute the plant non-conforming materials procedure when out-of-specification conditions are observed.

Qualifications:

· High school degree or GED, preferred.

· Must be able to keep up with the line speed of machinery.

· Must be able to communicate, respond to verbal and written instructions in English.

· Flexibility in work schedule to support production schedule, based on volume needs, which could require weekends, and/or working overtime during high demand.

· Prior working knowledge in a CPG, manufacturing, packaging, or pharmaceutical industry, preferred.

· Understand, follow, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and adherence to defined procedures, company policies, safety rules and SOPs.

· Ability to work in various weather/temperature conditions to include heat, humidity and cold.

· Understanding of basic measurement concepts, such as length, width, height, weight.

· Ability to effectively troubleshoot problems and recognize when to escalate issues to manager.

· Support departmental and organizational goals and objectives.

· The manager may require an employee to perform ‘other duties as assigned’ on a temporary and infrequent basis.

· Must work well with others.
