Background:

Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Packer is responsible for ensuring all products are packaged according to company standards, specifications, and customer requirements. This position ensures full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), safety regulations, and company policies and procedures.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, package, seal, and label products in accordance with established procedures, quality standards, and production requirements.
  • Inspect finished packages to identify, report, and help correct any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with housekeeping and safety
  • Perform all tasks in strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Background: 

Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Material Handler is responsible for organizing, stacking, and securing completed materials on pallets, as well as building and wrapping pallets for shipment. The Material Handler ensures all work is performed in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) to maintain the required standards of product quality, safety, and accuracy.

Responsibilities 

  • Load finished goods onto pallets in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
  • Build and prepare pallets for shipment, ensuring product integrity, labeling accuracy, and proper load configuration.
  • Secure pallets using approved wrapping materials to maintain stability and prevent damage during storage or transport.
  • Inspect materials for any damage, contamination, or inconsistencies, and promptly report findings to the Shift Supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and company housekeeping standards.
  •  Collaborate with team members and other departments to support production schedules, efficiency, and on-time shipment goals.

Background: 

As a Machine Operator, you will set up and operate assigned packaging machines to pre-established line run speed.   • Set-up and manage machines to perform at the desired, pre-established specifications.

Background:

The Lab Technician plays a critical role in all wipe product testing activities at Radienz Living. This position is responsible for testing samples for baby, facial, and MTT (Moist Toilet Tissue) wipe products. The role partners closely with other R&D team members to support product development activities.

Responsibilities:

•    Perform testing under guidance from Scientist or Engineer; follow test protocol and record the data and observations during testing

•    Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and make data-driven recommendations.

•    Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test reports, and other documentation.

•    Prepare samples in the specific formats for sales meetings, industry conferences, tests or other business initiatives

•    Follow all laboratory safety practices, chemical handling procedures, and company safety policies.

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, or equivalent industry experience.

Background: 

Under the direction of the Quality Supervisor, the Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring products are being produced in a manner that meets all cGMP and Product Specification criteria.  The Quality Technician provides real time review of in-process test data and batch documentation to limit the need for later review or rework.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts approval of pre-start-up activities including line/room clearance, and initial equipment checks.
  • Consistently reviews in-process batch documentation to ensure real-time compliance to product specifications, good documentation practices, company SOP’s and cGMP’s.
  • Discusses errors and reviews production logbooks for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collects data and supports release of batch records.
  • Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains exceptional work attendance.
  • Responsible for conducting duties in compliance with safety rules, applicable SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
  • Conduct regular quality line audits of in-process and finished goods against pre-defined characteristics to validate that all process and product requirements have been satisfied.
  • Document audit results on the appropriate QA paperwork making notes about out-of-spec conditions found or other observations of interest.
  • Perform Leak test on in-process material to ensure that product meets intended performance requirements.
  • Perform Lot Code validations.

  • Monitor the performance of metal detection equipment, as applicable.
  • Investigate production related QA problems and make recommendations.
  • Visual verification of raw material and packaging material to validate material is in spec to artwork and functionality requirements and is used for its intended purpose on the correct product.
  • Execute the plant non-conforming materials procedure when out-of-specification conditions are observed.
  • Help individuals performing activities affecting Fit and Function of the product to understand why something is not right when process and/or product nonconformance’s are identified.
  • Notify supervisor of unusual problems, delays, and/or safety issues.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Quality Management.
  • Flexibility to work some weekends to support production schedule is required.

 

Qualifications:

Background: 

As a Chemical Compounder at Radienz Living, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process

by handling chemicals, chemical substances, and operating specialized machinery to process and

produce chemical-based products. This role involves liquid blending, including  loading and unloading materials

safely and efficiently in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately weigh and measure raw materials, ingredients, or finished products to ensure they meet specified requirements and production standards.
  • Add and blend chemicals or ingredients into processing batches using appropriate hand tools or equipment, following precise formulation guidelines.
  • Initiate mixing or blending equipment to combine ingredients, ensuring operation continues for designated time intervals as outlined in production protocols.
  • Operate and monitor mixing or blending machinery to process a diverse range of materials, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to production standards.
  • Shut down mixing or blending equipment once desired product specifications are achieved, then activate pumps and open valves to transfer finished mixtures to the next processing stage.

Background:

The Maintenance Mechanic proactively maintains production equipment and facilities for maximum availability. Responds to unscheduled downtime calls as required and makes required repairs to provide maximum availability. Works on trials and special projects, including capital projects as requested. Assists/mentors operators to increase effectiveness and uptime. Always works safely in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Uses hand tools, power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments to repair and maintain, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and

manufacturer’s specifications, machinery and mechanical equipment, such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment.

• Maintains machines proactively to support plant / department goals for productivity, waste, quality, and safety.

• Assures guarding, facilities and equipment are in good working order.

• Sets up and operates machine and performs necessary duties to meet manufacturing and quality targets at a minimum after repairs are completed.

• Detects, records and reports defective equipment to the Maintenance Manager/Shift Supervisor.

• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, sanitary and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.

• Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required per instruction.

• May provide support by running production machines as necessary to ensure continuous operation and meet production schedules.
