Background:

The Quality Supervisor works in a supervisory role in all quality activities. The Supervisor reports to the Quality Manager and supervises QC Technicians. This position ensures safety standards are being upheld and GMP and GLP are followed.

Responsibilities:

This position is a working supervisor that oversees daily QC inspections and in-process testing.
Implementation of Quality In-Process Inspection (QAPI) programs in accordance with ISO and GMP guidelines.
Develops, establishes, and validates routine in-process testing methods and procedures. 
Manages quality workload and work of technicians across 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Supervise QC Technicians and ensure training for the team is updated.
Review and approve reports.
Facilitates nonconforming product, OOS investigations, and CAPA investigations.
Maintains in-process and receiving inspection, test equipment calibration program.  
Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to establish and verify critical process parameters and problem-solving activities.
Maintain the quality control program together with Production and Operations.
Provides QC inspection trends and weekly reports to Quality Manager.
Ensure adherence to company quality standards, policies, and procedures.
Work closely with production, QA, and QS teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
Provide support for Bensenville operations and other facilities when required.
Stand in for the Quality Manager and other QC Techs when they are unavailable.

Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor’s degree with a background or at least 5 years’ experience in QA/QC.
Required Experience: 
Five+ (5) years’ experience in quality assurance/quality control in pharmaceutical, food, medical device or manufacturing of detergent industry preferred. 
Strong leadership and training skills.
Knowledge of GMP, ISO and related guidance documents.
Knowledge of Statistical Sampling Plans and Methods including AQL Inspection Method
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control Methods including process capability and control charting.
Strong communication skills required. Works with all levels of employees.
Strong attention to detail required.
Project management skills.
Proficient in troubleshooting QC equipment and processes.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Material Handler 3rd Shift

Background:

Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Material Handler will be responsible for placing completed material onto a pallet, building, and wrapping the pallets for shipment. The candidate is responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Load finished goods onto pallets according to product specifications
Build and stack pallets for shipment in a safe and organized manner
Secure completed pallets using clear stretch wrap
Report any product damages or inconsistencies to the shift supervisor promptly
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
Support other departments as needed based on production demands

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Prior working knowledge in a manufacturing, packaging, or pharmaceutical industry, preferred.
Must be able to respond to verbal and written instructions.
Ability to work in various weather/temperature conditions to include heat, humidity and cold.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and loud production environment.
Ability to handle continuous movement.
Flexibility in work schedule, based on volume needs, which could require working overtime during high demand.

Key Account Manager

Role Mission: 

The Key Account Manager (KAM), Unit Dose is an entry-level sales role responsible for maintaining strong relationships with Radienz Living’s Unit Dose co-manufacturing customers while creating capacity for strategic growth. The KAM manages day-to-day account service for an assigned book of business, partners closely with Customer Service and Project Management, and supports the Director of Sales, Co-Manufacturing in strategic planning, pricing, and pipeline development. This role strengthens our sales bench and provides a clear career path into broader account ownership within the selling organization.

The

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day account service for assigned Unit Dose customers, including meeting cadence, action logs, follow-ups, item maintenance, specification updates, and internal escalations.
  • Serve as the operational quarterback across Customer Service, Project Management, Supply Chain, Quality/Regulatory, and Finance to ensure accurate forecasting, on-time deliveries, and effective change management.
  • Consolidate customer demand signals, align with S&OP, track forecast accuracy, and flag risks/opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations, price changes, and contract updates; coordinate approvals, maintain pricing files, and support RFP/RFQ responses.
  • Deliver commercial analytics, including customer scorecards, margin tracking, promotional reviews, and leadership presentations.
  • Resolve service issues (shortages, deductions/claims, compliance) by coordinating corrective actions and communicating resolutions to customers.
  • Support new business development through prospect research, CRM maintenance, lead qualification, and proposal preparation.
  • Partner with Category Development to provide fact-based recommendations and identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Coordinate project timelines with Project Management, monitor milestones, and communicate risks.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years in account management, customer success, sales operations, or project coordination; CPG/contract manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.

Background:

The Quality Incoming Inspector works in manufacturing environments where the incoming materials are inspected when received. The Incoming Inspector reports to the Quality Control Supervisor. The location of incoming inspections can be in both Mount Prospect and Glenview warehouse.

  • Inspecting purchased parts and materials, identifying defects, approving, or rejecting items, testing material composition, checking if products conform to standards, and reporting to Quality management.

As a Chemical Compounder lead, you will perform and lead all functions within the compounding department related to the manufacturing of bulk liquid products with applicable standard operating procedures and work instructions.
