Role Mission:
The Key Account Manager (KAM), Unit Dose is an entry-level sales role responsible for maintaining strong relationships with Radienz Living’s Unit Dose co-manufacturing customers while creating capacity for strategic growth. The KAM manages day-to-day account service for an assigned book of business, partners closely with Customer Service and Project Management, and supports the Director of Sales, Co-Manufacturing in strategic planning, pricing, and pipeline development. This role strengthens our sales bench and provides a clear career path into broader account ownership within the selling organization.
The
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day account service for assigned Unit Dose customers, including meeting cadence, action logs, follow-ups, item maintenance, specification updates, and internal escalations.
- Serve as the operational quarterback across Customer Service, Project Management, Supply Chain, Quality/Regulatory, and Finance to ensure accurate forecasting, on-time deliveries, and effective change management.
- Consolidate customer demand signals, align with S&OP, track forecast accuracy, and flag risks/opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, price changes, and contract updates; coordinate approvals, maintain pricing files, and support RFP/RFQ responses.
- Deliver commercial analytics, including customer scorecards, margin tracking, promotional reviews, and leadership presentations.
- Resolve service issues (shortages, deductions/claims, compliance) by coordinating corrective actions and communicating resolutions to customers.
- Support new business development through prospect research, CRM maintenance, lead qualification, and proposal preparation.
- Partner with Category Development to provide fact-based recommendations and identify whitespace opportunities.
- Coordinate project timelines with Project Management, monitor milestones, and communicate risks.
- Drive process discipline by documenting SOPs, championing CRM/ERP adoption, and recommending improvements.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years in account management, customer success, sales operations, or project coordination; CPG/contract manufacturing preferred.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
- Analytical proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivots) and presentation skills in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Familiarity with CRM (Dynamics 365), ERP (JDE), and EDI concepts.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for customer and cross-functional meetings.
- Action-oriented, curious, and process-minded.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Preferred
- Unit-dose laundry/auto-dish experience.
- Private-label environment experience.

Additional Information
- Travel: 10–15%
- Hybrid: 2–3 days/week onsite (Mount Prospect, IL)
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years relevant experience.
- Language Skills: Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and present information across business and technical domains.
- Computer Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint/Canva, Outlook; JD Edwards and Dynamics 365 a plus.
