Background:

Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Material Handler will be responsible for placing completed material onto a pallet, building, and wrapping the pallets for shipment. Radienz Living is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Facility Cleaner to support cleanliness and compliance within our FDA-regulated, GMP-compliant manufacturing and warehouse facility. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that production and storage areas meet stringent hygiene standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at heights, including operating a scissor lift to clean elevated warehouse racking and hard-to-reach surfaces.

Work hours will be Mon-Friday 7am – 3:30pm (not including overtime) with occasional Saturday shifts as needed.

Responsibilities:

•    Perform routine and deep cleaning of manufacturing and warehouse areas in compliance with FDA and GMP regulations.

•    Clean floors, walls, ceilings, racking, and equipment using approved methods and materials.

•    Operate a scissor lift to clean high surfaces, including storage racks, overhead pipes, and ventilation systems.

•    Sanitize GMP-controlled areas such as cleanrooms, gowning areas, and production suites.

•    Empty trash and GMP waste containers following proper segregation and disposal protocols.

Chemical Compounder – Lead

Shift: 2pm-10pm

Background:

As a Chemical Compounder lead, you will perform and lead all functions within the compounding department related to the manufacturing of bulk liquid products with applicable standard operating procedures and work instructions.

Responsibilities:

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the mixing and compounding of chemicals following established formulas and procedures.
  • Lead and train a team of compounders, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct material management duties including inventory monitoring and raw material ordering.
  • Perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Execute quality control tests and adjust batch formulas as necessary.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance teams for product quality improvement and new compound development.
  • Document processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor blending operation periodically and report any abnormal conditions to the SHIFT supervisor
  • Understand, follow, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and adherence to defined procedures, safety rules and SOPs.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Experience as a chemical compounder or similar role.
  • High school degree or GED, desired.
  • Must be able to safely operate the machine for the intended purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

The duties required to accomplish the above objective require the capability to:

  • Drive Top-Line Revenue & EBITDA: Lead efforts to achieve top-line revenue growth aligned with company financial targets, including Gross Margin and EBITDA.
